MIPS: Truncate link address into 32bit for 32bit kernel

LLD failed to link vmlinux with 64bit load address for 32bit ELF while bfd will strip 64bit address into 32bit silently. To fix LLD build, we should truncate load address provided by platform into 32bit for 32bit kernel. kbuild: rename hostprogs-y/always to hostprogs/always-y

In old days, the "host-progs" syntax was used for specifying host programs. It was renamed to the current "hostprogs-y" in 2004. It is typically useful in scripts/Makefile because it allows Kbuild to selectively compile host programs based on the kernel configuration. This commit renames like follows: always -> always-y hostprogs-y -> hostprogs So, scripts/Makefile will look like this: always-$(CONFIG_BUILD_BIN2C) += ... always-$(CONFIG_KALLSYMS) += ... ... hostprogs := $(always-y) $(always-m) I think this makes more sense because a host program is always a host program, irrespective of the kernel configuration. We want to specify which ones to compile by CONFIG options, so always-y will be handier. The "always", "hostprogs-y", "hostprogs-m" will be kept for backward compatibility for a while. MIPS: fix build on non-linux hosts

calc_vmlinuz_load_addr.c requires SZ_64K to be defined for alignment purposes. It included "../../../../include/linux/sizes.h" to define that size, however "sizes.h" tries to include which assumes linux system headers. These may not exist eg. the following error was encountered when building Linux for OpenWrt under macOS: In file included from arch/mips/boot/compressed/calc_vmlinuz_load_addr.c:16: arch/mips/boot/compressed/../../../../include/linux/sizes.h:11:10: fatal error: 'linux/const.h' file not found ^~~~~~~~~~ Change makefile to force building on local linux headers instead of system headers. MIPS: Align kernel load address to 64KB

KEXEC needs the new kernel's load address to be aligned on a page boundary (see sanity_check_segment_list()), but on MIPS the default vmlinuz load address is only explicitly aligned to 16 bytes. Since the largest PAGE_SIZE supported by MIPS kernels is 64KB, increase the alignment calculated by calc_vmlinuz_load_addr to 64KB. Commit a0f97e06a43c ("kbuild: enable 'make CFLAGS=...' to add additional options to CC") renamed CFLAGS to KBUILD_CFLAGS. Commit 222d394d30e7 ("kbuild: enable 'make AFLAGS=...' to add additional options to AS") renamed AFLAGS to KBUILD_AFLAGS. Commit 06c5040cdb13 ("kbuild: enable 'make CPPFLAGS=...' to add additional options to CPP") renamed CPPFLAGS to KBUILD_CPPFLAGS. For some reason, LDFLAGS was not renamed. Using a well-known variable like LDFLAGS may result in accidental override of the variable. Kbuild generally uses KBUILD_ prefixed variables for the internally appended options, so here is one more conversion to sanitize the naming convention.
