Setting '-e' flag tells shells to exit with error exit code immediately
after any of commands fails, and causes make(1) to regard recipes as
failed.

Before this, make will still continue to succeed even after the
installation failed, for example, for insufficient permission or
directory does not exist.

<title>arm64: properly install vmlinuz.efi</title>

If you select CONFIG_EFI_ZBOOT, we will generate vmlinuz.efi, and then
when we go to install the kernel we'll install the vmlinux instead
because install.sh only recognizes Image.gz as wanting the compressed
install image. With CONFIG_EFI_ZBOOT we don't get the proper kernel
installed, which means it doesn't boot, which makes for a very confused
and subsequently angry kernel developer.

Fix this by properly installing our compressed kernel if we've enabled
CONFIG_EFI_ZBOOT.

<title>kbuild: factor out the common installation code into scripts/install.sh</title>

Many architectures have similar install.sh scripts.

The first half is really generic; it verifies that the kernel image
and System.map exist, then executes ~/bin/${INSTALLKERNEL} or
/sbin/${INSTALLKERNEL} if available.

The second half is kind of arch-specific; it copies the kernel image
and System.map to the destination, but the code is slightly different.

Factor out the generic part into scripts/install.sh.

For the same reason as commit 19514fc665ff ("arm, kbuild: make "make
install" not depend on vmlinux"), the install targets should never
trigger the rebuild of the kernel.
