Use a more generic form for __section that requires quotes to avoid complications with clang and gcc differences. Remove the quote operator # from compiler_attributes.h __section macro. Convert all unquoted __section(foo) uses to quoted __section("foo"). Also convert __attribute__((section("foo"))) uses to __section("foo") even if the __attribute__ has multiple list entry forms. Converts ARM the text files to ReST, preparing them to be an architecture book. The conversion is actually: - add blank lines and identation in order to identify paragraphs; - fix tables markups; - add some lists markups; - mark literal blocks; - adjust title markups. At its new index.rst, let's add a :orphan: while this is not linked to the main index.rst file, in order to avoid build warnings. ARM: 7863/1: Let arm_add_memory() always use 64-bit arguments

The DTB and/or the kernel command line may pass 64-bit addresses regardless of kernel configuration, so update arm_add_memory() to take 64-bit arguments independently of the phys_addr_t size. This allows non-wrapping handling of high memory banks such as the second memory bank of APE6EVM (at 0x2_0000_0000) in case of 32-bit phys_addr_t.
