If colorspace changes, the client needs to renegotiate the pipeline,
otherwise the decoded frame may not be displayed correctly.

So add colorspace as a trigger parameter for dynamic resolution change.

Media references belong to V4L namespace. Fix a lot of broken
links when including videodev2.h and probably fixing several
other broken cross-references between different files inside
media docs.

The parts about fields that are returned typically comes after
"Required fields" so it feels more consistent to name them
"Returned fields".

Describe the coding tree unit as replacement for the macroblock in the
HEVC codec. Highlight a key difference of the HEVC codec to predecessors
like AVC(H.264) to give a better overview of the differences between the
coding standards.

CAPTURE buffers might be read by the hardware after they are dequeued,
which goes against the general idea that userspace has full control over
dequeued buffers. Explain why and document the restrictions that this
implies for userspace.

The conversion tools used during DocBook/LaTeX/html/Markdown->ReST
conversion and some cut-and-pasted text contain some characters that
aren't easily reachable on standard keyboards and/or could cause
troubles when parsed by the documentation build system.

Replace the occurences of the following characters:

	- U+00a0 (' '): NO-BREAK SPACE
as it can cause lines being truncated on PDF output
	- U+2014 ('—'): EM DASH
	- U+2019 ('’'): RIGHT SINGLE QUOTATION MARK

Note that Sphinx auto-translates '---' into EM DASH.

Add bit-depth change as one more reason which could change in the
middle of the stream. For the worst case the stream is 8bit at the
beginning but later in the bit-stream it changes to 10bit. That
change should be propagated to the client so that it can take the
appropriate action. In that case it has to stop the streaming on
the capture queue, re-negotiate the pixel format, allocate new
buffers and start the streaming again.

Since 2017, there is an space reserved for userspace API,
created by changeset 1d596dee3862 ("docs: Create a user-space API guide").

As the media subsystem was one of the first subsystems to use
Sphinx, until this patch, we were keeping things on a separate
place.

Let's just use the new location, as having all uAPI altogether
will likely make things easier for developers.
