Rename 'st-vgxy61' to 'vgxy61', dropping the vendor prefix to follow the same naming scheme as the vast majority of device drivers. The device tree binding does not fall into binding rename exceptions and therefore must not be changed. Keep its legacy name. media: uapi: Add controls for the THP7312 ISP

The THP7312 is an external ISP from THine. As such, it implements a large number of parameters to control all aspects of the image processing. Many of those controls are already standard in V4L2, but some are fairly device-specific. Reserve a range of 32 controls for the device. The driver will implement 4 device-specific controls to start with, define and document them. 28 additional device-specific controls should be enough for future development. Pull media updates from Mauro Carvalho Chehab: - Removal of several VB1-only deprecated drivers: cpia2, fsl-viu, meye, stkwebcam, tm6000, vpfe_capture and zr364xx - saa7146 recovered from staging/deprecated. We opted to give ti a chance, and, instead of deprecating it, the intention is to write patches migrating it from VB1 to VB2. - av7110 returned from staging/deprecated/ to staging/ as we're not planning on dropping it any time soon - media controller API has gained experimental support for G_ROUTING and streams API. No drivers use it right now.
