net: extend net_device allocation to vmalloc()

Joby Poriyath provided a xen-netback patch to reduce the size of xenvif structure as some netdev allocation could fail under memory pressure/fragmentation. This patch is handling the problem at the core level, allowing any netdev structures to use vmalloc() if kmalloc() failed. As vmalloc() adds overhead on a critical network path, add __GFP_REPEAT to kzalloc() flags to do this fallback only when really needed. This is the last shoot of this series. After I removing all directly reference of netdev->priv, I am killing "priv" of "struct net_device" and fixing relative comments/docs. Anyone will not be allowed to reference netdev->priv directly. If you want to reference the memory of private data, use netdev_priv() instead. Several devices have multiple independant RX queues per net device, and some have a single interrupt doorbell for several queues. In either case, it's easier to support layouts like that if the structure representing the poll is independant from the net device itself. The signature of the ->poll() call back goes from: int foo_poll(struct net_device *dev, int *budget) to int foo_poll(struct napi_struct *napi, int budget) The caller is returned the number of RX packets processed (or the number of "NAPI credits" consumed if you want to get abstract). The callee no longer messes around bumping dev->quota, *budget, etc. because that is all handled in the caller upon return. The napi_struct is to be embedded in the device driver private data structures. Furthermore, it is the driver's responsibility to disable all NAPI instances in it's ->stop() device close handler. Since the napi_struct is privatized into the driver's private data structures, only the driver knows how to get at all of the napi_struct instances it may have per-device. Document the expectations about device MTU handling. The documentation about oversize packet handling is probably too loose. IMHO devices should drop oversize packets for robustness, but many devices allow it now. For example, if you set mtu to 1200 bytes, most ether devices will allow a 1500 byte frame in.
