In the past, people would link to third-party mailing list archives
(like marc.info) for any kernel-related discussions. Now that there
is lore archive under kernel.org infrastructure, replace these marc
links

Note that the only remaining marc link is "Re: Memory mapping on Cirrus
EP9315" [1] since that thread is not available at lore [2].

toctree index in USB driver api docs currently spoils the entire docs
headings due to lack of :maxdepth: option. Add the option to limit
toctree depth to 1, mirroring usb subsystem docs in
Documentation/usb/index.rst.

<title>Added usb_string function to a namespace</title>

with reference to WARNING:
Duplicate C declaration, also defined at driver-api/usb/gadget:804
There is a function usb_string in the file message.c,
there is also a struct usb_string in the kernel api headers.
The docs is unable to index the function as the index is occupied by struct
This fix adds messgae.c to the usb_core namespace (in docs) hence providing
usb_sting a unique index usb_core.usb_string()

'struct musb_fifo_cfg' are not modified in these drivers.

Constifying these structures moves some data to a read-only section, so
increase overall security.

On a x86_64, with allmodconfig, as an example:
Before:
======
   text data bss dec hex	filename
  64381	   5537	    202	  70120	  111e8	drivers/usb/musb/musb_core.o

After:
=====
   text data bss dec hex	filename
  64957	   4929	    202	  70088	  111c8	drivers/usb/musb/musb_core.o

A call to usb_set_interface() crashes if the device is deallocated
concurrently, such as due to physical removal or a serious IO error.
It could also interfere with other drivers using the device if the
current driver is unbound before the call is finished.

Document the need to delay driver unbinding until this call returns,
which solves both issues.

Document the same regarding usb_clear_halt(), which is equally known
to be routinely called by drivers.

Explicitly mention finishing pending operations in the documentation
of the driver disconnect callback.
