The vmclock device provides a PTP clock source and precise timekeeping
across live migration and snapshot/restore operations.

The binding has a required memory region containing the vmclock_abi
structure and an optional interrupt for clock disruption notifications.

The full spec is at https://uapi-group.org/specifications/specs/vmclock/

NXP NETC (Ethernet Controller) is a multi-function PCIe Root Complex
Integrated Endpoint (RCiEP), the Timer is one of its functions which
provides current time with nanosecond resolution, precise periodic
pulse, pulse on timeout (alarm), and time capture on external pulse
support. And also supports time synchronization as required for IEEE
1588 and IEEE 802.1AS-2020. So add device tree binding doc for the PTP
clock based on NETC Timer.

NETC Timer has three reference clock sources, but the clock mux is inside
the IP. Therefore, the driver will parse the clock name to select the
desired clock source. If the clocks property is not present, NETC Timer
will use the system clock of NETC IP as its reference clock. Because the
Timer is a PCIe function of NETC IP, the system clock of NETC is always
available to the Timer.

Convert ptp-qoirq from txt to yaml format.

Additional change:
- Fixed example interrupts proptery. Need only 1 irq by check MPC8313 spec.
- Move Reference clock context under clk, sel.
- Interrupts is not required property.
- Use low case for hex value.
- Check reference manual of MPC8313, p1010 and so on, which dts use more
than 1 irqs. Only 1 irq for each ptp device. Check driver code
(drivers/ptp/ptp_qoriq.c) and only 1 irq used. So original description is
wrong.
- Remove comments for compatible string.

As indicated in
link: https://lore.kernel.org/all/20220822204945.GA808626-robh@kernel.org/

DT schema files should not have 'Device Tree Binding' as part of there
title: line. Remove this in most .yaml files, so hopefully preventing
developers copying it into new .yaml files, and being asked to remove
it.

Running 'dt-validate -m' will flag any compatible strings missing a schema.
Fix all the errors found in DT binding examples. Most of these are just

Pull devicetree updates from Rob Herring:

 - Unit test for overlays with GPIO hogs

 - Improve dma-ranges parsing to handle dma-ranges with multiple entries

 - Update dtc to upstream version v1.6.0-2-g87a656ae5ff9

 - Improve overlay error reporting

 - Device link support for power-domains and hwlocks bindings

 - Add vendor prefixes for Beacon, Topwise, ENE, Dell, SG Micro, Elida,
PocketBook, Xiaomi, Linutronix, OzzMaker, Waveshare Electronics, and
   ITE Tech

 - Add deprecated Marvell vendor prefix 'mrvl'

 - A bunch of binding conversions to DT schema continues. Of note, the
common serial and USB connector bindings are converted.

 - Add more Arm CPU compatibles

 - Drop Mark Rutland as DT maintainer :(

Setting 'additionalProperties: false' is frequently omitted, but is
important in order to check that there aren't extra undocumented
properties in a binding.

Ideally, we'd just add this automatically and make this the default, but
there's some cases where it doesn't work. For example, if a common
schema is referenced, then properties in the common schema aren't part
of what's considered for 'additionalProperties'. Also, sometimes there
are bus specific properties such as 'spi-max-frequency' that go into
bus child nodes, but aren't defined in the child node's schema.

So let's stick with the json-schema defined default and add
'additionalProperties: false' where needed. This will be a continual
review comment and game of wack-a-mole.
