Add the audio codec sub-device. This sub-device is used to set the
optional voltage values according to the hardware.
The properties are:
  - Setup of microphone bias voltage.
  - Setup of the speaker pin pull-down.

Also, add the audio power supply property which is dedicated for
the audio codec sub-device.

<title>dt-bindings: mfd: Add missing unevaluatedProperties on child node schemas</title>

Just as unevaluatedProperties or additionalProperties are required at
the top level of schemas, they should (and will) also be required for
child node schemas. That ensures only documented properties are
present for any node.

Add unevaluatedProperties as needed, and then add any missing properties
flagged by the addition.

Currently, almost all MT63XX PMIC are documented mfd/mt6397.txt.
Unfortunately, the PMICs haven't always similar HW sub-features.
To have a better human readable schema, I chose to make one PMIC schema
to match the exact HW capabilities instead of convert mt6397.txt to
mediatek,mt63xx.yaml and put a bunch of properties behind
"if contain ... then ..."

- add interrupt property
- change property refs to match with new yaml documentation
