Generally at most 1 blank line is the standard style for DT schema
files. Remove the few cases with more than 1 so that the yamllint check
for this can be enabled.

Add support for selecting between single-ended and differential
reference input.

Input frequency boundaries are change based on the mode selected

The adf4378 provides only one output channel. Therefore there is only
one gpio available to enable the output. Reflect that into the bindings
using property conditions.

Dual microwave down converter module with input RF and LO frequency
ranges from 0.5 to 32 GHz and an output IF frequency range from 0.1 to
8 GHz. It consists of a LNA, mixer, IF filter, DSA, and IF amplifier
for each down conversion path.
