Reference the new /sys/module/*/import_ns sysfs attribute in docs as an
alternative to modinfo for inspecting imported namespaces of loaded

Christoph suggested that the explicit _GPL_ can be dropped from the
module namespace export macro, as it's intended for in-tree modules
only. It would be possible to restrict it technically, but it was
pointed out [2] that some cases of using an out-of-tree build of an
in-tree module with the same name are legitimate. But in that case those
also have to be GPL anyway so it's unnecessary to spell it out in the
macro name.

Use a literal block for the EXPORT_SYMBOL_GPL_FOR_MODULES() example to
avoid a Docutils warning about unmatched '*'. This ensures correct rendering
and keeps the source readable.

The manually updated table of contents and section numbering are hard
to maintain.

Make changes similar to the following commits:

Helper macro to more easily limit the export of a symbol to a given
list of modules.

Eg:

 EXPORT_SYMBOL_GPL_FOR_MODULES(preempt_notifier_inc, "kvm");

will limit the use of said function to kvm.ko, any other module trying
to use this symbol will refure to load (and get modpost build
failures).

The definition of EXPORT_SYMBOL et al depends on
DEFAULT_SYMBOL_NAMESPACE. So DEFAULT_SYMBOL_NAMESPACE must already be
available when <linux/export.h> is parsed.

Also when defined that early there is no need for an #undef, so drop
that from the usage example.

Since commit cdd30ebb1b9f ("module: Convert symbol namespace to string

Commit cdd30ebb1b9f ("module: Convert symbol namespace to string
literal") only converted MODULE_IMPORT_NS() and EXPORT_SYMBOL_NS(),
leaving DEFAULT_SYMBOL_NAMESPACE as a macro expansion.

This commit converts DEFAULT_SYMBOL_NAMESPACE in the same way to avoid
annoyance for the default namespace as well.

This reverts the misconversions introduced by commit cdd30ebb1b9f
("module: Convert symbol namespace to string literal").

The affected descriptions refer to MODULE_IMPORT_NS() tags in general,
rather than suggesting the use of the empty string ("") as the
namespace.

Clean up the existing export namespace code along the same lines of
commit 33def8498fdd ("treewide: Convert macro and uses of __section(foo)
