<title>OvmfPkg/QemuBootOrderLib: add standard QEMU NVMe PCI ID</title>

The NVMe OFW path handler only matched the legacy QEMU NVMe controller
(8086:5845). The standard -device nvme (1b36:0010) fell through to the
generic PCI handler, dropping the namespace node and breaking
namespace-level boot ordering.

Add 1b36:0010 alongside 8086:5845 so both controllers produce a full
NVMe(nsid,eui64) UEFI device path instead of a bare PCI prefix.

<title>OvmfPkg: Replace include guards with #pragma once</title>

Replace traditional `#ifndef`/`#define`/`#endif` include guards with
`#pragma` once.

`#pragma once` is a widely supported preprocessor directive that
prevents header files from being included multiple times. It is
supported by all toolchains used to build edk2: GCC, Clang/LLVM, and
MSVC.

Note: Headers taken directly from external projects, such as those
in OvmfPkg/Include/IndustryStandard/Xen/ were not modified since they
may be periodically re-synced and do not follow other edk2 coding
stadards.

Compared to macro-based include guards, `#pragma once`:

- Eliminates the risk of macro name collisions or copy/paste errors
where two headers inadvertently use the same guard macro.
- Eliminate inconsistency in the way include guard macros are named
(e.g., some files use `__FILE_H__`, others use `FILE_H_`, etc.).
- Reduces boilerplate (three lines replaced by one).
- Avoids polluting the macro namespace with guard symbols.
- Can improve build times as the preprocessor can skip re-opening the
file entirely, rather than re-reading it to find the matching
  `#endif` ("multiple-include optimization").
  - Note that some compilers may already optimize traditional include
guards, by recognzining the idiomatic pattern.

This change is made acknowledging that overall portability of the
code will technically be reduced, as `#pragma once` is not part of the
C/C++ standards.

However, this is considered acceptable given:

1. edk2 already defines a subset of supported compilers in
BaseTools/Conf/tools_def.template, all of which have supported
`#pragma once` for over two decades.
2. There have been concerns raised to the project about inconsistent
include guard naming and potential macro collisions.

Approximate compiler support dates:

- MSVC: Supported since Visual C++ 4.2 (1996)
- GCC: Supported since 3.4 (2004)
- Clang (LLVM based): Since initial release in 2007

edk2 is dropping support for the ARM32 architecture. This
commit removes ARM32 code from OvmfPkg. This drops irrelevant
VALID_ARCHITECTURES comments from infs that are not arch
specific.

This commit removes OVMF IA32 from edk2 per RFC
https://edk2.groups.io/g/devel/topic/rfc_remove_ovmf_ia32_and/114152215.

OVMF IA32 is a 32 bit only platform that no longer represents the vast
majority of physical platforms. The RFC details more reasoning in
much more depth.

OVMF IA32 will be kept in a branch off the edk2-stable202508 tag for
any long term consumers; it will receive build break updates only
(e.g. if an upstream submodule changes location).

__FUNCTION__ is a pre-standard extension that gcc and Visual C++ among
others support, while __func__ was standardized in C99.

Since it's more standard, replace __FUNCTION__ with __func__ throughout
OvmfPkg.

While the actual implementation (using qemu fw_cfg) is qemu-specific,
the idea to store the boot order as configured by the VMM in EFI
variables is not. So lets give the variables a more neutral name while
we still can (i.e. no stable tag yet with the new feature).

While being at it also fix the NNNN format (use %x instead of %d for
consistency with BootNNNN).

The function reads the boot order from qemu fw_cfg, translates it into
device paths and stores them in 'QemuBootOrderNNNN' variables. In case
there is no boot ordering configured the function will do nothing.

Use case: Allow applications loaded via 'qemu -kernel bootloader.efi'
obey the boot order.
