MdePkg: Remove ARM32 Support

edk2 is dropping support for the ARM32 architecture. This commit removes the remaining ARM32 code from MdePkg. This also removes irrelevant VALID_ARCHITECTURES comments from infs that are not arch specific. Signed-off-by: Oliver Smith-Denny

Refactor SetMemWrapper to reduce binary size

Moved SetMemN API to a separate file to eliminate unnecessary inclusion of InternalMemSetMem64 and InternalMemSetMem32 APIs in driver binary. When the compiler linking the Object files it may not remove all the unused from NASM OBJs. This change is to reorganize the C files to minimize the impact of the NASM behavior resulting is code size reduction. Signed-off-by: Ashraf Ali

Removing rules for Ipf sources file: * Remove the source file which path with "ipf" and also listed in [Sources.IPF] section of INF file. * Remove the source file which listed in [Components.IPF] section of DSC file and not listed in any other [Components] section. * Remove the embedded Ipf code for MDE_CPU_IPF. Removing rules for Inf file: * Remove IPF from VALID_ARCHITECTURES comments. * Remove DXE_SAL_DRIVER from LIBRARY_CLASS in [Defines] section. * Remove the INF which only listed in [Components.IPF] section in DSC. * Remove statements from [BuildOptions] that provide IPF specific flags. * Remove any IPF sepcific sections. MdePkg/BaseMemoryLib: widen aligned accesses to 32 or 64 bits

Since the default BaseMemoryLib should be callable from any context, including ones where unaligned accesses are not allowed, it implements InternalCopyMem() and InternalSetMem() using byte accesses only. However, especially in a context where the MMU is off, such narrow accesses may be disproportionately costly, and so if the size and alignment of the access allow it, use 32-bit or even 64-bit loads and stores (the latter may be beneficial even on a 32-bit architectures like ARM, which has load pair/store pair instructions) Contributed-under: TianoCore Contribution Agreement 1.0 Signed-off-by: Ard Biesheuvel Reviewed-by: Liming Gao
