edk2 is dropping support for the ARM32 architecture. This
commit removes ARM32 support from MdeModulePkg. This also
drops irrelevant VALID_ARCHITECTURE comments from infs that
are not arch specific.

Build failed with the below error:
error: variable 'Status' is used uninitialized when
PcdUnicodeCollation2Support is FALSE.

Fixing this issue by initializing Status unconditionally.

<title>MdeModulePkg: Fix redundant call to RestoreTpl()</title>

Comments out a redundant call to RestoreTpl(). While this does not
technically violate spec on raise/restore TPL, TPL should already be at
the specified level. This extra call introduces an asymmetry between
RaiseTpl and RestoreTpl calls, which makes analysis of TPL correctness
more difficult and hampers certain non-standard TPL usages that some
platforms require. Additionally, the two TPL variables were renamed to
provide context for each of them.

Adds a call to RestoreTpl() in DiskIo2ReadWriteDisk(). While the current
implementation does not technically violate spec on raise/restore TPL,
this extra call ensures symmetry between RaiseTpl and RestoreTpl calls,
which makes analysis of TPL correctness simpler and permits certain
non-standard TPL usages that some platforms require.

__FUNCTION__ is a pre-standard extension that gcc and Visual C++ among
others support, while __func__ was standardized in C99.

Since it's more standard, replace __FUNCTION__ with __func__ throughout
MdeModulePkg.

Read Disk does a modification of ExtMbrStartingLba with the code MultU64x32
(ExtMbrStartingLba, BlockSize) Error detection to see if ExtMbrStartingLBA
has a value of 0. This is invalid as LBA 0 = MBR. After modification, the
next time ExtMbrStartingLba is in this function if ExtMbrStartingLba is set
to 0 in the MBR it never passes the while/do evaluation It is multiplied by
0 by read disk , set to 0 by an invalid MBR and goes back to evaluation
This condition will also cause Ws19 and WS22 to hang, however Microsoft has
developed a hotfix patch that will be released in 2022
