FmpDevicePkg/FmpDependencyLib: Fix potential overflow in loop

FmpVersionsCount is a UINTN while the loop index variable compared against it is a UINT8. This can lead to an overflow of the loop index for FmpVersionsCount values larger than UINT8_MAX. This change makes Index a UINTN to match in width. Signed-off-by: Michael Kubacki

To avoid messy parsing of the Depex section of a Capsule, it would be a lot easier for everyone involved if we preceded the Capsule Depex Section with a length declaration. It provides simple bounds checking to avoid having to parse the op-codes, but in the case of a malformed depex being parsed, avoid other issues which can be messy. FmpDevicePkg/FmpDxe: Update FmpDeviceCheckImageWithStatus() handling

Update the logic handling last attempt status codes from FmpDeviceCheckImageWithStatus() implementations to account for cases when the function return status code is EFI_SUCCESS (since the image was checked successfully) but the ImageUpdatable value is not valid. In addition the following sentence is removed from the LastAttemptStatus parameter definition for FmpDeviceCheckImageWithStatus() since it can lead to confusion. The expected status code value range is sufficient to implement the library API. "This value will only be checked when this function returns an error." The FMP dependency libraries are leveraged during firmware update to check for dependencies required to update the image. This change adds granular Last Attempt Status code support to these services so failures can be more easily observed during the firmware update process via Last Attempt Status codes.
