All meta-facebook systems use ipmb to interact with the OCP debug card. The multi-host machines also use ipmb to talk with the BIC, but the 'ipmi-ipmb' package is not considered an 'ipmi-hw' package (because it is often installed as an addition). The single host machine(s) use 'ipmi-kcs'. Rearrange the inc file specifications so that the multi-host systems do not get the 'ipmi-kcs' package. 2023-08-18meta-google: rsyslog: Disable ForwardToSyslogWilly Tu2-0/+14
In rsyslog, the logs are read via the journal files like with `journalctl`. The socket used by ForwardToSyslog is not used at all (`run/systemd/journal/syslog`), so we will disable the forwarding to avoid unnecessary work. With the logs spamming the CPU usage of systemd-journald went down after this change. With libpam 1.5.3, pam_pwhistory added support to get configuration options from pwhistory.conf similar to faillock and pwquality. This converts the pam_pwhistory config options to pwhistory.conf to match faillock and pwquality. Tested: Confirmed that the remember setting works correctly from pwhistory.conf. The phosphor-gpio-util that was being used was a custom tool that can be replaced by gpioset. It was also just removed from its repo. The service now has to be a oneshot because otherwise it isn't allowed to have multiple ExecStart lines. Tested: Powered on multiple times, ensured the power supply input history was cleared on each power on.
