meta-facebook: ventura: Modify FSC table config provided by Thermal team
Based on the FSC(Fan Speed Control) SCM_TEMP_C calibration provided by the
Thermal team, calculate a new value called VIRTUAL_SCM_TEMP_C, and update
the table configuration accordingly using the FSC table.
