meta-jade: platform: Use exact match when finding host UEFI partition
Ampere flash bios script will find host UEFI partition by grep pattern
"pnor-uefi" in /proc/mtd and expect only one result. Which will fail if
this pattern appears in multiple partition.
This patch matches exact MTD partition name when finding MTD device to
flash host firmware.
