meta-google: gbmc-bridge: selecting primary IP src address
We need to configure src IP based on the primary IP address from DHCP.
This makes sure that the outbounding traffic prefer that path.
Tested: Verified that primary IP gets the priortized route, verified
that failover still works, reloading + reconfigure and restarting
gbmc-ip-monitor works fine.
