meta-fii: meta-kudo: CPLD version byte shift
Adjust CPLD aux version by shifting byte from 2 to 5 to
1 to 4
cmd: kudo.sh fw
Before change: BMC_CPLD: 0.0.15.0
[5], [4], [3], [2]. the [5] is null
Post change: BMC_CPLD: 0.15.0.0
[4], [3], [2], [1]
