meta-facebook: yosemite4: modify rescan-cxl-eid
Since CXL may take up to five minutes to be ready, as a workaround,
extend the retry time for waiting for readiness to 10 minutes to
ensure CXL EID can be successfully probed.

CXL EID probed successfully - pass
