Remove PAM conversion scripts
During the upgrade of PAM from 1.3.1 to 1.5.2, a script was added to
convert fields to new formats. This change dates to March 2021 and it is
assumed that all affected systems have been updated by now. More detail
from Joseph Reynolds:
These scripts were needed because /etc/pam.d/common-* files could be
written to by normal BMC operations [such as changing the number of
failed password attempts vis Redfish /redfish/v1/AccountService property
AccountLockoutThreshold]. Writing to these config files created a
read/write overlay file which was not updated during a BMC firmware
update operation, so any underlying changes to the readonly files (such
as performed by the libpam recipe) would not be seen.
