linux-aspeed: Remove unused initrd compression types
The OpenBMC config uses xz for most images[1], and zstd for
static-norootfs. Disable the unused lzma and gzip algorithms.
A future change should shift the kernel to use zstd (at a high
compression level) for all images, and disable RD_LZMA.
