meta-facebook: yosemite4: Add support for multiplexed consoles
Add console configurations to support hostX|sd_bicX|wf_xicX
as the potential targets with hostX being the default console
being multiplexed based on pre-defined GPIO line-names.
Tested: Tested on yosemite4 to ensure each console is correctly
selected on `obmc-console-client -i <target>`.
