meta-facebook: yosemite4: Modify SEL level and term in power control script
Description:
1. Add Infomational level in add_sel() for power control SEL in script
2. Add "DC" and "AC" term in the SEL messages
Motivation:
1. Categorize SEL as "Error" or "Information" to distinguish different
types of events.
2. SEL messages provide a more intuitive distinction between AC and DC behaviors.
Tested:
- Check SEL level and term of logs after power control - pass
