meta-facebook: harma: phosphor-gpio-monitor: MMC EID recovery
Add mmc-health to the recovery EID list because there has been no
response for too long. As a result, pldmd will remove this EID
automatically. Adding it to the recovery list ensures it can be
restored appropriately during recovery flow.
