meta-ibm: romulus: remove new code update feature

This is to add additional or missing port associations between FabricAdapter and cxp_ports. The assocication is defined by https://gerrit.openbmc.org/c/openbmc/phosphor-dbus-interfaces/+/62881. meta-ibm: crit-service: Add new code update service

meta-ibm: romulus: remove croserver and occ-control

styhead: update WORKDIR usage

The latest yocto release(styhead,5.1) has made a significant change[1] to the use of the WORKDIR parameter. This is not the complete change required but gets us going in the right direction.
