These configs are already specified in tpm2.cfg from
the meta-aspeed layer which is enabled on `tpm2`
being present in the MACHINE_FEATURES which is true
for yosemite4 hence unnecessary to also provide in
machine specific config. In this particular case,
the machine config overrode the common config to install
TPM as a module which was wrong.
Tested: Built Yosemite4 machine and checked that
`/dev/tpm0` is created.

Move all the required sensor configurations to the yosemite4-common.cfg
file and remove them from the yosemite4.cfg file of each SOC.
Sensor configurations were moved to common:

INA233 | MAX31790 | ADC128D818 | INA238 | LM75 | ADM1275 | TMP421

When using a `feature.scc` file it is not necessary to also include
the corresponding `feature.cfg` file in the `SRC_URI` field. Remove
them to clean up.

enabled.
