Documentation on setup and usage is available at http://docs.openstack.org/infra/git-review/. This config file sets defaults for the openbmc project to upload/download reviews from gerrit.openbmc-project.xyz. Running 'git review' in a local branch will push commits in that branch to Gerrit. Likewise, 'git review -d <change-id>' will download the specified change from Gerrit into a local branch named review/<author>/<topic_name>.
