System Manufacturer inside HardwareStatus -> Inventory mistakenly uses
assetTag instead of manufacturer.
Fix the issue by using item.manufacturer for Manufacturer.
Tested:
1. Login to WebUI and check if System Manufacturer shows correctly.

A span element was removed that was added to support assistive
technology.This element was not needed since it was the same
text used in the toggle elements label causing it to be read
