meta-facebook: yosemite4: virtual-sensors: add 12V HSC output power
There are two source of 12V HSC, ADM1281 and MP5990, in yosemite4 but
ADM1281 doesn't support to read output power.
Therefore, add virtual sensors to calculate output power using 12V HSC
output voltage and output current for all slots.
