meta-ampere: mtjefferson: console: set Mpro0 as default
As hardware design, the BMC_GPIO18B7_S01_UART1_SEL GPIO should be set
to 1 to select the Mpro0.
Tested:
1. Open SOLSSH console for Mpro0
$ ssh -p 2201 root@<BMC_IP>
2. Verify that Mpro0 console can show logs when Host power on
