meta-nuvoton: npcm8xx-bootloader: update IGPS to 04.03.07

IGPS 04.03.07 - May 12th 2025

- Modified key_setting_edit_me.py to a json file:
  * As a result of the above added definitions to the objects from the
    json file instead of calling them directly from the .py script.

IGPS 04.03.06 - May 4th 2025
============
- LMS Changes:
  * `is_LMS_` is true if at least one of the is_LMS_ is true. i.e.
    creating LMS key + signing + concatenating the signature will only
    take place in case the user decides to set to true one of `is_LMS_`

  * In this case this specific image will be verified with LMS. if the
    FUSTRAP1 bit is set, it means that one of the verify img flags are
    also set. Generating only the relevant LMS key according to the
    `is_LMS_`.

- Hardening:
  * BMC FCFG1_7 registers on boot block, will be disabled and locked for
    programming.

- TIP_FW 0.8.1 L0 0.7.0 L1:
  * Add OTP programming to force CP reset.
  * Remove allocation of last SKMT key for attestation.
  * Removed support for Z1 devices.
  * Add BMC_DIRECT command for AES command via proxy.
  * Add support for A3.
  * Version is backward compatible for A2.
  * LMS:
    - Added FUSTRAP1 and OTP Valid\force value check before verify.
    - Added NCL_LMS_ functions for A3 and a wrapper function to do the
      auth process.
    - Added the LMS_SIG_SIZE to the image size as it is concatenated
      in the footer.
    - Fixed a bug in get_key function.
    - Reduce prints to spare RAM size.

Tested:
Build pass and boot up successful with correct TIP FW latest version
