- Add OTP programming to force CP reset.
- Remove allocation of last SKMT key for attestation.
- Removed support for Z1 devices.
- Add BMC_DIRECT command for AES command via proxy.

- Version is backward compatible for A2.
- LMS:
* Added FUSTRAP1 and OTP Valid\force value check before verify.
* Added NCL_LMS_<X> functions for A3 and a wrapper function to do
the auth process.
* Added the LMS_SIG_SIZE to the image size as it is concatenated
in the footer.
* Fixed a bug in get_key function.
* Reduce prints to spare RAM size.
Tested:
Build pass and boot up successful with correct TIP FW latest version
