find(1) traverses directory entries in filesystem order (readdir), which
varies across filesystems and checkout order. When setup is invoked with
a machine name or without arguments, unsorted find output can list or
match machine configurations in non-deterministic order across hosts.
Pipe the find output through LC_ALL=C sort so machine discovery is
always deterministic.
Tested: Verified setup lists and resolves machines deterministically and
passes shellcheck cleanly.

Poky has been deprecated and instead we are expected to have individual
layers. Move the openembedded-core sourced directories to a separate
upstream-layers directory in preparation for this and clean out any
old poky content that is not present in openembedded-core.

Fixes openbmc/openbmc#4022.
It was pointed out that sourcing the oe-init-build-env can potentially
use PATH rather than the one in the repository. Explicitly source
the local file (with ./) to prevent this.

Running `. ./setup` would result in the shell exiting, since the
script is sourced. How to exit has to be different between sourcing
(`return`) and calling (`exit`). Detect the two different execution
modes and call the appropriate command for error paths.

When making the change required by Yocto to move configs into
template subdirectories, the setup script wasn't updated in a
way to handle the appropriate fix-up of the MACHINE variable
in the `conf/local.conf`.

The latest poky commit is requiring us to have all of
our template configs in a subdirectory instead of directly in
the `conf` directory. Without this we end up with errors during
setup like:
```
Error: TEMPLATECONF value (which is .../openbmc/meta-facebook/meta-bletchley/conf) must point to meta-some-layer/conf/templates/template-name
```
Fix this by moving all of our template files into the 'default'
template subdirectory (following the pattern of poky) and modifying
`setup` as necessary to follow.

- Pass column results to `expand` to eliminate tabs.
This enables easy copy/paste into markdown files for updating.
- Filter out QEMU machines.
We enable the QEMU machines from Yocto to be used for building but
they're not actively supported. Remove them to reduce the noise
in the tool output.
