Platforms use SYSTEMD_SERVICE directives to install systemd
services without actually inheriting the systemd bbclass.  This breaks
install with later OpenEmbedded updates.

Enable u-boot environment variables access from linux userspace

Testing:
1. In BMC console, execute the following and check
   a. `fw_printenv` to print u-boot env variables
   b. `fw_setenv var value` to add/update u-boot env variable

Enable ipv6 support for BMC out-of-band access

Testing:
1. Configure TAP interface with ipv6 support
2. Boot the fvp
3. Check BMC out-of-band access via ipv6 address
   &gt; curl -k -u root:0penBmc -X GET https://[fd00:abcd::13e]/redfish/v1

CONFIG_LIBCRC32C is removed in kernel[1]. Update the defconfig to fix
the warning message when building kernel.

Update the secure flashloader and flashloader paths to align with the
meta-arm recipe changes.

Also migrate to the new U-Boot environment variable configuration
(CONFIG_ENV_SOURCE_FILE) introduced in the newer U-Boot version.

OpenEmbedded-Core (OE-Core) now requires wic files to be placed under
the files/wic path[1].
