	While reviewing the documentation gaps on LIRC, it was noticed that several ioctls aren't used by any LIRC drivers (nor at staging or mainstream). 	The file include/media/lirc.h describes a public interface and should thus be a public header. See kernel bug https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=75751 which has a manpage describing the interface + an acknowledgment that this info belongs to uapi.
