	<linux/sched/jobctl.h> Only a small fraction of sched.h users actually utilizes these defines, and they are not scheduler functionality in any case, so move them into their separate header. (Also make <linux/sched/jobctl.h> a self-contained header.) 2017-03-02	sched/headers: Prepare for new header dependencies before moving code to ↵	Ingo Molnar	1	-0/+4
	<linux/sched/jobctl.h> We are going to split <linux/sched/jobctl.h> out of <linux/sched.h>, which will have to be picked up from other headers and a couple of .c files. Create a trivial placeholder <linux/sched/jobctl.h> file that just maps to <linux/sched.h> to make this patch obviously correct and bisectable. Include the new header in the file that is going to need it.
