2016-05-09mfd: wm8400-core: Delete wm8400_reg_read()Dan Carpenter1-1/+0
There was a static checker warning in wm8400_reg_read() because we were returning u16 and that can't hold the negative error codes. The function isn't used, so let's just delete it. 2012-05-20mfd: Remove wm8400 custom cache implementationMark Brown1-7/+7
Save a useful amount of code by removing the custom cache implementation for wm8400 and using the regmap cache. Also simplify things by not separately reseting the CODEC registers, this is a sufficiently infrequent operation that we can simply invalidate the entire cache when this happens. 2008-10-14regulator: Add WM8400 regulator supportMark Brown1-0/+1
The WM8400 provides two programmable DCDC step-down (buck) convertors and four low-dropout (LDO) regulators. This driver provides support for runtime managment of these in the standard regulator API. Support for configuration of the suspend and hibernate mode behaviour of the regulators is not yet included. 2008-10-14mfd: Core support for the WM8400 AudioPlus HiFi CODEC and PMUMark Brown1-0/+935
The WM8400 is a highly integrated audio CODEC and power management unit optimised for use in mobile multimedia applications. This patch adds core support for the WM8400 to the MFD subsystem. Both I2C and SPI access are supported by the hardware but currently only I2C access is implemented. The code is structured to allow SPI support to be slotted in later.
