Add pinctrl macros for AM64 SoC. These macro definitions are similar to
that of previous platforms, but adding new definitions to avoid any
naming confusions in the soc dts files.
Unlike what checkpatch insists, we do not need parentheses enclosing
the values for this macro as we do intend it to generate two separate
values as has been done for other similar platforms.

Rationale:
Reduces attack surface on kernel devs opening the links for MITM
as HTTPS traffic is much harder to manipulate.
Deterministic algorithm:
For each file:
If not .svg:
For each line:
If doesn't contain `\bxmlns\b`:
For each link, `\bhttp://[^# \t\r\n]*(?:\w|/)`:
If neither `\bgnu\.org/license`, nor `\bmozilla\.org/MPL\b`:
If both the HTTP and HTTPS versions
return 200 OK and serve the same content:
Replace HTTP with HTTPS.

The dt-bindings header for TI K3 AM6 SoCs define a set of macros for
defining pinmux configs in human readable form, instead of raw-coded
hex values.
