2018-03-10mn10300: Remove the architectureDavid Howells1-442/+0
Remove the MN10300 arch as the hardware is defunct. Suggested-by: Arnd Bergmann <arnd@arndb.de> Signed-off-by: David Howells <dhowells@redhat.com> cc: Masahiro Yamada <yamada.masahiro@socionext.com> cc: linux-am33-list@redhat.com Signed-off-by: Arnd Bergmann <arnd@arndb.de>
2017-11-16mm, arch: remove empty_bad_page*Michal Hocko1-8/+0
empty_bad_page() and empty_bad_pte_table() seem to be relics from old days which is not used by any code for a long time. I have tried to find when exactly but this is not really all that straightforward due to many code movements - traces disappear around 2.4 times. Anyway no code really references neither empty_bad_page nor empty_bad_pte_table. We only allocate the storage which is not used by anybody so remove them. 2010-10-27MN10300: And Panasonic AM34 subarch and implement SMPAkira Takeuchi1-1/+195
Implement the Panasonic MN10300 AM34 CPU subarch and implement SMP support for MN10300. Also implement support for the MN2WS0060 processor and the ASB2364 evaluation board which are AM34 based. 2010-10-27MN10300: Provide a MN10300_CACHE_ENABLED config optionDavid Howells1-3/+3
Provide a MN10300_CACHE_ENABLED config option as inverted logic of MN10300_CACHE_DISABLED to make things simpler. Signed-off-by: David Howells <dhowells@redhat.com>
2009-04-26mn10300: convert to use __HEAD and HEAD_TEXT macros.Tim Abbott1-1/+2
This has the consequence of changing the section name use for head code from ".text.head" to ".head.text". Since this commit changes all users in the architecture, this change should be harmless. 2009-04-10Separate out the proc- and unit-specific header directories from the generalDavid Howells1-1/+1
MN10300 arch headers and place them instead in the same directories as contain the .c files for the processor and unit implementations. This permits the symlinks include/asm/proc and include/asm/unit to be dispensed with. This does, however, require that #include <asm/proc/xxx.h> be converted to #include <proc/xxx.h> and similarly for asm/unit -> unit. Signed-off-by: David Howells <dhowells@redhat.com>
2008-02-08mn10300: add the MN10300/AM33 architecture to the kernelDavid Howells1-0/+255
Add architecture support for the MN10300/AM33 CPUs produced by MEI to the kernel. This patch also adds board support for the ASB2303 with the ASB2308 daughter board, and the ASB2305. The only processor supported is the MN103E010, which is an AM33v2 core plus on-chip devices.
