2017-11-10dt-bindings: Remove leading zeros from bindings notationMarco Franchi1-1/+1
Improve the binding example by removing all the leading zeros to fix the following dtc warnings: Warning (unit_address_format): Node /XXX unit name should not have leading 0s Converted using the following command: perl -p -i -e 's/\@0+([0-9a-f])/\@$1/g' `find ./Documentation/devicetree/bindings "*.txt"` Some unnecessary changes were manually fixed. 2017-09-05dt-bindings: Remove "status" from examplesRob Herring1-1/+0
Pretty much any node can have a status property, so it doesn't need to be in examples. Converted with the following command and removed examples with SoC and board specific splits: git grep -l -E 'status.*=.*' Documentation/devicetree/ | xargs sed -i -E '/\sstatus.*=.*"(disabled|ok|okay)/d' Acked-by: Mark Rutland <mark.rutland@arm.com> Signed-off-by: Rob Herring <robh@kernel.org>
2017-01-20ASoC: sunxi: Add bindings for sun8i to SPDIFMarcus Cooper1-0/+1
The H3 SoC uses the same SPDIF block as found in earlier SoCs, but the transmit fifo is at a different address. Signed-off-by: Marcus Cooper <codekipper@gmail.com> Acked-by: Maxime Ripard <maxime.ripard@free-electrons.com> Signed-off-by: Mark Brown <broonie@kernel.org>
2016-08-12ASoC: sunxi: Add bindings for sun6i to SPDIFMarcus Cooper1-0/+3
The A31 SoC uses the same SPDIF block as found in earlier SoCs, but its reset is controlled via a separate reset controller. Signed-off-by: Marcus Cooper <codekipper@gmail.com> Signed-off-by: Mark Brown <broonie@kernel.org>
