Merge branch 'for-mingo' of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/paulmck/linux-rcu into core/rcu
Pull RCU changes from Paul E. McKenney:
- Documentation updates. Just some simple changes, no design-level
additions.
- Miscellaneous fixes.
- Torture-test updates.
