HID: the `bit' in hidinput_mapping_quirks() is an out parameter
Fix a panic, by changing
hidinput_mapping_quirks(,, unsigned long *bit,)
to
hidinput_mapping_quirks(,, unsigned long **bit,)
The `bit' in this function is an out parameter.
