Debug-frame for remote platforms is not related to the host platform, so
we should test each platform separately.

Currently only test for local libunwind. We should check all supported
platforms so we can use them to parse perf.data with callchain info on
different machines.

Coverity flagged this under CID 1354884 as a sizeof mismatch, it turns
out that the argument "attr" passed to syscall should have been a
pointer to attr in the first place.

If not, tell the user that:

  config/Makefile:273: Old libdw.h, finding variables at given 'perf probe' point will not work, install elfutils-devel/libdw-dev >= 0.157

And return -ENOTSUPP in die_get_var_range(), failing features that
need it, like the one pointed out above.

This fixes the build on older systems, such as Ubuntu 12.04.5.

tools build: Check basic headers for test-compile feature checker

An i386 binary can be linked correctly even without correct headers.
Which causes problem. For exmaple:

$ mv /tmp/oxygen_root/usr/include/gnu/stubs-32.h{,.bak}
$ make tools/perf
Auto-detecting system features:
...                         dwarf: [ on  ]
[SNIP]
   GEN      common-cmds.h
   CC       perf-read-vdso32
In file included from /tmp/oxygen_root/usr/include/features.h:388:0,
                  from /tmp/oxygen_root/usr/include/stdio.h:27,
                  from perf-read-vdso.c:1:
/tmp/oxygen_root/usr/include/gnu/stubs.h:7:27: fatal error: gnu/stubs-32.h: No such file or directory
  # include <gnu/stubs-32.h>
                           ^
compilation terminated.
...

In this patch we checks not only compiler and linker, but also basic
headers in test-compile test case, make it fail on a platform
lacking correct headers.

The test-all.c file doesn't check BPF related features. For an
environment with all other features enabled, BPF would be considered
enabled without doing real feature check.

This patch adds test-bpf.c into test-all.c.

When building perf binaries outside the source tree with 'make O=<dir>',
the auto-detected features get re-tested for every build, which is
unnecessary and inconsistent with the behavior seen when building
directly in the source tree.

Another issue is that 'make O=<dir> clean' doesn't remove the feature
files from the object tree.

Fix these problems by looking for the binaries in the $(OUTPUT)
directory.
