Remove GPIO and LPC from WDT reset list

WDT reset mode must also be set to SOC mode. These changes are required so host is not interrupted when BMC is reboot. We now use a notifier to perform reset, so the reboot callback can be removed from the platform code. Fixes from jk: - Unify register names with the doc - Move watchdog reset to a separate function. We do the same reset procedure in apeed_wdt_enable and our reboot notifier, so move these to a separate function. Also, use a couple of definitions for the watchdog control value rather than a hardcoded '3'. - Set system reset mode to 'full chip'. Currently, the watchdog timer does nothing on expiry - the 'SoC system' reset type doesn't seem to have any effect. This change uses the 'full chip' reset type instead. If I2C is built as module, the iTCO watchdog driver must be built as module as well. I2C_I801 must only be selected if I2C is configured. watchdog: bcm2835: Fix poweroff behaviour

Currently poweroff/halt results in a reboot on the Raspberry Pi. The firmware uses the RSTS register to know which partiton to boot from. The partiton value is spread into bits 0, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10. Partiton 63 is a special partition used by the firmware to indicate halt. /sys/class/watchdog/watchdogn/device/modalias can help to identify the driver/module for a given watchdog node. However, many wdt devices do not set their parent and so, we do not see an entry for device in sysfs for such devices. This patch fixes parent of watchdog_device so that /sys/class/watchdog/watchdogn/device is populated. Exceptions: booke, diag288, octeon, softdog and w83627hf -- They do not have any parent. Not sure, how we can identify driver for these devices.
