<title>USB: wusbcore: crypto: Remove VLA usage</title>

In preparation to enabling -Wvla, remove VLA and replace it
with dynamic memory allocation instead.

The use of stack Variable Length Arrays needs to be avoided, as they
can be a vector for stack exhaustion, which can be both a runtime bug
or a security flaw. Also, in general, as code evolves it is easy to
lose track of how big a VLA can get. Thus, we can end up having runtime
failures that are hard to debug.

Also, fixed as part of the directive to remove all VLAs from
the kernel: https://lkml.org/lkml/2018/3/7/621

Notice that in this particular case, an alternative to kzalloc is kcalloc,
in which case the code would look as follows instead:

iv = kcalloc(crypto_skcipher_ivsize(tfm_cbc), sizeof(*iv), GFP_KERNEL);

but if the data type of _iv_ never changes, or the type size is always one
byte, kzalloc is good enough.

Now that the SPDX tag is in all USB files, that identifies the license
in a specific and legally-defined manner. So the extra GPL text wording
can be removed as it is no longer needed at all.

This is done on a quest to remove the 700+ different ways that files in
the kernel describe the GPL license text. And there's unneeded stuff
like the address (sometimes incorrect) for the FSF which is never
needed.

No copyright headers or other non-license-description text was removed.

It's good to have SPDX identifiers in all files to make it easier to
audit the kernel tree for correct licenses.

Update the drivers/usb/ and include/linux/usb* files with the correct
SPDX license identifier based on the license text in the file itself.
The SPDX identifier is a legally binding shorthand, which can be used
instead of the full boiler plate text.

This work is based on a script and data from Thomas Gleixner, Philippe
Ombredanne, and Kate Stewart.

The driver put a constant buffer of all zeros on the stack and
pointed a scatterlist entry at it. This doesn't work with virtual
stacks. Use ZERO_PAGE instead.

Fix to return error code -ENOMEM from the kmalloc() error handling
case instead of 0, as done elsewhere in this function.

Pointing an sg list at the stack is verboten and, with
CONFIG_VMAP_STACK=y, will malfunction. Use kmalloc for the wusb
crypto stack space instead.

Untested -- I'm not entirely convinced that this hardware exists in
the wild.
