So far, only net_device * could be passed along with netdevice notifier event. This patch provides a possibility to pass custom structure able to provide info that event listener needs to know. Force dev_alloc_name() to be called from register_netdevice() by dev_get_valid_name(). That allows to remove multiple explicit dev_alloc_name() calls.
