net: ena: use setup_timer() and mod_timer()

Use setup_timer() instead of init_timer(), being the preferred/standard way to set a timer up. Also, quoting the mod_timer() function comment: -> mod_timer() is a more efficient way to update the expire field of an active timer (if the timer is inactive it will be activated). ethernet: use net core MTU range checking in more drivers

Somehow, I missed a healthy number of ethernet drivers in the last pass. Most of these drivers either were in need of an updated max_mtu to make jumbo frames possible to enable again. In a few cases, also setting a different min_mtu to match previous lower bounds.
