arch: Set IORESOURCE_SYSTEM_RAM flag for System RAM

Set IORESOURCE_SYSTEM_RAM in flags of resource ranges with "System RAM", "Kernel code", "Kernel data", and "Kernel bss". Note that: - IORESOURCE_SYSRAM (i.e. modifier bit) is set in flags when IORESOURCE_MEM is already set. IORESOURCE_SYSTEM_RAM is defined as (IORESOURCE_MEM|IORESOURCE_SYSRAM). - Some archs do not set 'flags' for children nodes, such as "Kernel code". This patch does not change 'flags' in this case. m32r: fix m32104ut_defconfig build fail

The build of m32104ut_defconfig for m32r arch was failing for long long time with the error: ERROR: "memory_start" [fs/udf/udf.ko] undefined! ERROR: "memory_end" [fs/udf/udf.ko] undefined! ERROR: "memory_end" [drivers/scsi/sg.ko] undefined! ERROR: "memory_start" [drivers/scsi/sg.ko] undefined! ERROR: "memory_end" [drivers/i2c/i2c-dev.ko] undefined! ERROR: "memory_start" [drivers/i2c/i2c-dev.ko] undefined! As done in other architectures export the symbols to fix the error. Introduce flags for reserve_bootmem()

This patchset adds a flags variable to reserve_bootmem() and uses the BOOTMEM_EXCLUSIVE flag in crashkernel reservation code to detect collisions between crashkernel area and already used memory. This patch: Change the reserve_bootmem() function to accept a new flag BOOTMEM_EXCLUSIVE. If that flag is set, the function returns with -EBUSY if the memory already has been reserved in the past. This is to avoid conflicts. Because that code runs before SMP initialisation, there's no race condition inside reserve_bootmem_core(). [PATCH] tty: Remove include of screen_info.h from tty.h

screen_info.h doesn't have anything to do with the tty layer and shouldn't be included by tty.h. This patches removes the include and modifies all users to directly include screen_info.h. struct screen_info is mainly used to communicate with the console drivers in drivers/video/console. Note that this patch touches every arch and I have no way of testing it. If there is a mistake the worst thing that will happen is a compile error. With Goto-san's patch, we can add new pgdat/node at runtime. I'm now considering node-hot-add with cpu + memory on ACPI. I found acpi container, which describes node, could evaluate cpu before memory. This means cpu-hot-add occurs before memory hot add. In most part, cpu-hot-add doesn't depend on node hot add. But register_cpu(), which creates symbolic link from node to cpu, requires that node should be onlined before register_cpu(). When a node is onlined, its pgdat should be there. This patch-set holds off creating symbolic link from node to cpu until node is onlined. This removes node arguments from register_cpu(). Now, register_cpu() requires 'struct node' as its argument. But the array of struct node is now unified in driver/base/node.c now (By Goto's node hotplug patch). We can get struct node in generic way. So, this argument is not necessary now. This patch also guarantees add cpu under node only when node is onlined. It is necessary for node-hot-add vs. cpu-hot-add patch following this. Moreover, register_cpu calculates cpu->node_id by cpu_to_node() without regard to its 'struct node *root' argument. This patch removes it. Also modify callers of register_cpu()/unregister_cpu, whose args are changed by register-cpu-remove-node-struct patch.
